Terms & Conditions – DSBK Racing LLC

  1. Acknowledgment of Risk & Participant Responsibility
    • Motorcycle racing is a high-risk sport that may result in serious injury, disability, or death. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
    • Participants confirm that they:
      • Are familiar with motorcycle riding and racing activities.
      • Are in good health and meet the eyesight requirements for an RTA road test.
      • Have no medical conditions or disabilities that could impair their control of a motorcycle or endanger themselves or others.
      • Take full responsibility for their decision to participate and may withdraw at any time at their own discretion.
  2. Registration & Eligibility
    • Track Day Registration: Closes 4 days before the event.
    • Race Day Registration: Closes 10 days before the event.
    • DSBK reserves the right to reject or revoke a participant’s registration if they are deemed unfit or if safety concerns arise.
  3. Reimbursement Policy
    • 10+ days before event: 75% refund.
    • 7-9 days before event: 50% refund.
    • 3-6 days before event: 25% refund.
    • Less than 3 days before event: No refund.
    • No refunds will be provided for disqualification due to misconduct or safety violations.
  4. Safety Regulations
    • Mandatory Safety Gear:
      • Participants must wear approved helmets, racing suits, gloves, boots, and protective gear.
    • Technical & Medical Inspections:
      • All motorcycles must pass a pre-event safety inspection.
      • Participants may be required to provide a medical certificate proving their fitness to race.
    • Track Conduct:
      • Reckless riding, aggressive behavior, or endangering others will result in immediate disqualification.
  5. Right to Disqualify & Remove Participants
    • DSBK Racing LLC reserves the sole right to remove any participant from the event if their actions (on or off track) are deemed dangerous or detrimental to themselves or others.
    • No refunds will be given for disqualification due to unsafe behavior.
  6. Liability Waiver & Indemnity
    • Participants understand that they are riding at their own risk and that DSBK Racing LLC:
      • Accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, or damage resulting from participation.
      • Is not responsible for medical costs, lost income, or any damages in case of an accident.
      • By registering, participants waive all legal claims against DSBK, its affiliates, sponsors, and event partners.
  7. Event Changes & Cancellations
    • DSBK reserves the right to cancel or modify events due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • In case of cancellation by DSBK, participants will be offered a full refund or credit for a future event.
  8. Media Rights & Publicity
    • Participants agree to be photographed or filmed during the event.
    • DSBK reserves the right to use all event media for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
